Merle Raun (Tambur), PhD

I am a co-founder and CEO of LevelLab. In addition to overseeing the overall management of the company, I also organize research planning and conduct personnel surveys and business analyses.

I have worked for years as a lecturer, consultant, and trainer, focusing on topics related to organizational culture and work environment: conflict management, prevention of workplace bullying, psychosocial risk factors, emotional management at work, and creating a positive work climate. I believe that good relationships between employees and a healthy work environment are essential factors for success in any company.

I have completed my doctoral studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Tartu (2015).

Tauno Õunapuu, MSc

I am a co-founder and development manager at LevelLab. My responsibilities primarily include managing evaluation projects, software and technology development, as well as quantitative analysis.

I have over 10 years of experience working as a senior executive in a private higher education institution, and I have a deep understanding of both the business and education sectors. As an academic, I have focused on research methodology and data analysis, as well as research on professional competitiveness and smart city studies.

I have graduated from the University of Tartu with a Master’s degree in Computer Science (1994).

I am a research manager at LevelLab and I am responsible for organizing, preparing, and conducting research. 2024. In June 2024, I completed my master’s degree in Social and Information Process Analysis at the University of Tartu. Previously, I have been involved in preparing research in the public sector and I also have work experience in the field of marketing.

Raul Parts, MA

I work as an analyst at LevelLab and have over ten years of experience in economic policy research and impact analysis, both in Estonia and internationally. Additionally, I have nearly twenty years of experience as a co-manager of a family business. Since 2019, I have been a guest lecturer at Tallinn University, teaching the course Foundations of Economic Policy.

I hold a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Tartu. I have also graduated from the Estonian School of Diplomacy and am currently pursuing doctoral studies at the University of Bristol.
