I work on research design, software development, and data collection and analysis. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Scientific Data Analysis at Lund University. My main research interests focus on societal issues, particularly social capital.
Depending on the task, I use a range of methods, from statistical data analysis to in-depth interviews. When approaching a new problem, I first consider whether its solution can be automated, and I continuously keep up to date with developments in artificial intelligence.
My main interests and research areas focus on assessing environmental, economic and social impacts and finding ways to reconcile them. I have participated in several projects involving socioeconomic, climate and environmental impact assessments. In 2026, I graduated from the University of Tartu with a master’s degree (cum laude) in Geoinformatics and Cartography.
I support and carry out different research projects. My background is in financial auditing and project management, and I’ve had the chance to work with both private companies and public sector organizations.

I specialise in data analysis. In 2023, I completed the Master’s programme in Analysis of Society and Information Processes at the University of Tartu. Previously, I worked in the medical sector and also gained experience in the cultural sector.
I have more than ten years of experience in economic policy research and impact assessment from both Estonia and international companies. I also have nearly twenty years of experience as a co-owner and manager of a family business. Between 2019 and 2025, I served as a visiting lecturer at Tallinn University, where I taught the course “Foundations of Economic Policy”.
I hold a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Tartu and am a graduate of the Estonian School of Diplomacy. I am currently a junior research fellow and doctoral candidate in economic policy at the University of Tartu’s Chair of National Economy and Economic Policy, where my research focuses on the impact of European Union structural funds on the economic competitiveness of the Baltic states.
I am responsible for organizing, preparing, and conducting research. 2024. In June 2024, I completed my master’s degree in Social and Information Process Analysis at the University of Tartu. Previously, I have been involved in preparing research in the public sector and I also have work experience in the field of marketing.
My responsibilities primarily include managing evaluation projects, software and technology development, as well as quantitative analysis.
I have over 10 years of experience working as a senior executive in a private higher education institution, and I have a deep understanding of both the business and education sectors. As an academic, I have focused on research methodology and data analysis, as well as research on professional competitiveness and smart city studies.

I have worked as a lecturer, consultant, and trainer, focusing on conflict management, the prevention of workplace bullying, psychosocial risk factors, and fostering a positive work climate.
