At LevelLab, I work as an analyst and bring more than ten years of experience in economic policy research and impact assessment from both Estonia and international companies. I also have nearly twenty years of experience as a co-owner and manager of a family business. Between 2019 and 2025, I served as a visiting lecturer at Tallinn University, where I taught the course “Foundations of Economic Policy”.

I hold a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Tartu and am a graduate of the Estonian School of Diplomacy. I am currently a junior research fellow and doctoral candidate in economic policy at the University of Tartu’s Chair of National Economy and Economic Policy, where my research focuses on the impact of European Union structural funds on the economic competitiveness of the Baltic states.
