My main areas of focus include research design, conducting employee surveys and business analyses, helping organizations gain a better understanding of their people and business environment to support informed decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have extensive experience in topics related to organizational culture, work environment, and leadership. I have worked as a lecturer, consultant, and trainer, focusing on conflict management, the prevention of workplace bullying, psychosocial risk factors, and fostering a positive work climate.
