The figures also include the heads of educational institutions. <\/p><p><b>Objective<\/b><\/p><p>The aim of the study is to gather feedback on motivation systems in educational institutions, focusing on teacher motivation, recognition practices, and key motivators.<\/p><p><b>Methodolgy<\/b><\/p><p>The study is based on a survey conducted among teachers working in municipal educational institutions in the City of P\u00e4rnu.
