The evaluators are the people who interact most closely with the employee: direct supervisor, subordinates, colleagues, partners, and clients. In addition, the employee also evaluates themselves. 360\u00ba feedback is most commonly conducted among managers, but this method is increasingly being used for the development of all employees. The survey is a valuable talent management tool, a method for succession planning, and is also well-suited for evaluating internships. As a result of the survey, the individual receives detailed feedback on how they are perceived within the organization, what their strengths are, and which competencies need further development. The results are practically used both in the employee's individual development plan and in mapping the organization's training and development needs. The survey reveals, for example, whether employees feel respected, if communication is well-organized, how conflicts are managed, whether bullying occurs at work, and more.
